Brazil drop on FIFA ranks, while Ivory coast lead Africa

Spain, 2010 FIFA World Cup winner and their runner up Netherlands have maintained their spots as first and second place respectively in the June FIFA National Teams ranking. While Brazil moved down from the 3rd to the 5th place.

Germany advanced one place to be in the 3rd, and England advanced two places up to the 4th. In the African scene Cote D’Ivoire kept their first place in the continent and the 14th in world ranking advancing 7 places, followed by Ghana which ranked 33rd one place ahead of Egypt the 3rd in African Team and 34th in the world. Burkina Faso is 4th continentally and 37th worldwide while Nigeria comes 5th with 41st in the world ranking.
