Bayern look for perfect run home

Bayern Munich striker Mario Gomez says the club needs to win their five remaining Bundesliga matches to keep the pressure on Borussia Dortmund.

Bayern trail defending champions Dortmund by three points ahead of their showdown at the Signal Iduna Park on Wednesday.

Jupp Heynckes' men recorded a hard-fought 2-1 win over Augsburg on Saturday and the striker stressed there are no easy games at this stage of the season.

"We have five tough games ahead of us in the Bundesliga, but we want to win them all," Gomez said.

"We need to get away from this idea that we'll play every other team off the park. There are no easy wins at this stage."

"Augsburg were on a run and haven't lost for six matches. Given where they are in the table, they played truly impressive football, and we struggled. At the end of the day, we've won, and that's the most important thing."
